When you register with Effortless Tax, you automatically get one free month of access, so that you can try all functionality. After the end of the free month you keep your access to created declarations but you won't be able to create new. You will be able to use the full functionality again after you register for the paid basic plan.

No, it's not necessary. These documents are required when a third party (like an accounting firm) fills out and files the declarations for you.
